Welcome Home to Southbridge
From the mid 1800’s to the present, the Tierney Family has always had respect for this land. As it is transformed from a farm into a community, it is our desire to preserve what we have found to be a special feeling, the feeling you get as you walk through “Ashlawn Settler’s Park.”
Little things, like the extra wide sidewalks leading to the park, and the special care taken in design to preserve the beautiful view, all make it easier to build a sense of community in Southbridge.
We invite you to share this special place, take care of it, and most of all, enjoy it!

2026/02 - Southbridge HOA Budget Posted
The 2026 budget was added to the website.
2026/01 - Southbridge HOA Annual Dues
Increase dues: Dues will be increasing to $50 for 2026. The increase was voted on at the annual meeting due to rising costs and maintenance.
Due date: April 1st. Please see the Dues page for instructions on how to pay.

The Southbridge neighborhood is comprised of three distinct homeowners associations:
- Southbridge HOA (does not cover the entire Southbridge neighborhood)
- Blue Ridge HOA (planned future addition to this website)
- Kilkenny HOA (planned future addition to this website)
